biplane imaging lab that allows you to focus solely on the patient. Its biplane
floor-ceiling positioner provides together with the advanced optional applications all the
tools necessary for interventional angiography, neurosurgical planning, and stereotactic
gamma knife planning:
 3D Reconstruction Angiography
A key breakthrough in neuroradiology imaging is the 3D reconstruction of a high-speed 2D
DSA rotational acquisition, which is useful for the decision-making process of
interventional procedures and surgical planning. GE Medical Systems' expertise in the
field of software engineering supported by the Advantage Workstation offers advanced
optimal reconstruction optional software .
Rotational Angiography
Developed as a byproduct of GE's continual research, rotational angio is intended to allow
multiple views from a single contrast injection.
COMPAS™ Vessel Profiling
The computerized aid for fast neuro positioning software is based on two different views
of the patient. The system determines the best angle for viewing the lesion from a
perpendicular direction.
