This powerful and flexible advanced maternal/fetal monitoring system captures fetal
heart rate and uterine contractions-and gives clinicians the convenience of documenting
maternal vital signs at the same time.
In addition to dual ultrasound (US), direct fetal ECG and uterine activity (UA), the
Model 129 monitor has maternal NBP, SpO2 and ECG built right in. This cost-effective
choice eliminates the need for additional external devices and still provides the
flexibility to simultaneously monitor both patients.
The Trim Knob® makes user setup fast and simple. The display shows all the parameters
being monitored on one screen including an optional maternal ECG real-time QRS waveform
for high-risk patients. The data can be documented directly on a recorded printout and can
be transmitted to Central Surveillance and Clinical Information Systems. Throughout labor,
delivery and the recovery period, this one monitor has the capability of recording and
storing the maternal vital signs history and printing the summary onto the strip chart.
