The Model 340 Telemetry System provides wireless monitoring of fetal and maternal heart
rates and uterine activity, while allowing patient ambulation. Transducers are connected
to a portable, battery powered transmitter worn by the patient on a comfortable shoulder
strap. Heart rate and UA signals continuously transmit to the matched receiver which
connects to any one of Corometrics monitors: the Model 155/150 Antepartum Monitors, the
Model 151/116 Intrapartum Monitors, or the unique Model 118 Maternal/Fetal Monitor. The
monitor then processes, displays and prints heart rate and uterine activity data,
providing reliable documentation.
Model 340 Telemetry - Advanced Features for Convenience of Use:
- Provides a wide range of monitoring options: ultrasound, direct FECG or maternal ECG,
dual external/internal heart rate for twins, and external uterine activity.
- Transmitter connects to headset to let patient or staff hear heartbeats and has MARK
button for remote patient event marks.
- Modular-type system-each transmitter/receiver package can be moved and connected to any
monitor as needed.
