ADU-LAN Alarm Display Unit General Information
The Alarm Display Unit-LAN (ADU-LAN) system provides a remote display of patient alarm
information on LED display panels. Compatible with the Marquette Unity Network, ADU-LAN
displays patient alarms from CD Telemetry-LAN systems, SolarŽ and EagleŽ monitors.
Up to ten LED display panels may be networked to provide alarm notification in
hallways, central nurse stations or lounges and has a sixty-four bed/four care area
capacity.
ADU-LAN alerts clinicians to any combination of user selectable Crisis, Warning,
Advisory and System Warning alarm levels. The Alarm messages are sent to any or all
displays on the network for visual alarm. Crisis alarm may be customized to illicit an
audible alarm. An effective use of tri-color draws attention to various alarm conditions.
The 2-inch-high characters on the LED display panels are easily viewed from a distance of
100 feet. |
