MRL Diagnostics' Arbovirus IgG indirect immunofluorescent antibody (IFA) assay is intended for the qualitative detection of human IgG antibodies to Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE), St. Louis Encephalitis (SLE), Western Equine Encephalitis (WEE), and California Encephalitis (CE) group viruses in single sample or to identify sero-conversion in acute and convalescent specimens and as an aid in the diagnosis of current or past infection.

Each kit contains ten 8-well slides with fixed individual spots of WEE, EEE, CE and SLE in each well, positive and negative controls and FITC IgG conjugate.
