For the qualitative detection of human serum IgM antibodies to Borrelia burgdorferi, as an aid in the diagnosis and confirmation of Lyme disease. The assay utilizes a low passage B. burgdorferi sensu stricto isolate (CB). All necessary reagents and controls are included.
