Resting ECG

Q710 ECG System

This versatile and affordable resting ECG cart can be configured to meet your specific needs. It can be set on a counter top or mounted on a sturdy cart for easy mobility. An optional flip-up LCD display allows you to preview trace quality before beginning a test, ensuring greater report accuracy. There are also resting interpretation, fax/modem and battery operation options. You can even combine resting ECG and stress testing in one unit. Choose only the options you require. If you purchase resting ECG only, your Q710 can be upgraded at a later date to do stress testing as well.

With the Q710, you can select 12-lead, timed, or rhythm reports - or touch a single button to instantly print a stat report. Unlike ordinary systems that give you a 10-second rhythm report, the Q710 enables you to print a one- to five-minute report from any channel. ECG reports can also be generated via a button on the pre-amp module, eliminating the hassle of running back and forth between patient and cart. You can automatically or manually store up to 150 resting 12-lead reports and retrieve them quickly for editing, printing, faxing or transmitting. And, of course, the Q710 will connect to Quinton SynergyTM, our new cardiology information system, for even more efficient management and storage of all your test data.

Holter Monitoring

Through a special agreement with Zymed Corporation, Quinton now offers a Holter system for whatever your application, whatever your budget. Each system features the acclaimed Zymed algorithm, a proven choice used in over 1,200 cardiology practices, hospitals, education facilities, and research institutions. The advanced performance capabilities of these systems are helping physicians, clinical managers, and technicians to work faster and smarter today: a definite advantage in today,s cost-conscious environment.

HolterWorks PlusTM Scanner

HolterWorks Plus is designed to meet the needs of small-and medium-sized hospitals, clinics, and physicians' offices. This easy-to-use system is moderately-priced and has many advanced features previously available only on high-end systems. Its software is designed around the Zymed algorithm. The system combines the advantages of super-imposition, prospective and retrospective scanning, resulting in more complete and accurate data. Ten complete studies can be stored on the Holter Works Plus hard drive. Flash RAM and tape cassette drives are standard on the system; derived 12-lead and fax capabilities are optional.

HolterWorksTM Scanner

This scanner has many of the advanced features of our HolterWorks Plus scanner, but is designed for those facilities not requiring as many high-end features. HolterWorks runs on a Pentium computer and, like its big brother, is extremely easy to operate. Up to five complete studies can be stored on the system's hard drive. HolterWorks comes standard with a tape cassette drive a flash RAM drive is optional. Unlike the HolterWorks Plus, this system does not offer super-imposition scanning with autostops, fax capabilities, or the derived 12-lead option.

2010 Holter

Designed for the needs of facilities that scan a large number of studies each month, the 2010 incorporates the proven Zymed algorithm. It also features an upgradeable PC platform. Multiple scanning modes let you quickly and accurately scan even the most difficult recordings. A choice of twelve configuration files make scanning easy, with minimal interaction and editing. The system lets you transmit high-resolution patient records by fax via the optional fax board. Its open architecture design allows a variety of network options for sharing data and for the transfer of studies from remote sites. Flash RAM and tape cassette drives, as well as derived 12-lead, are standard on this system.

20/20DTM Holter Recorder

"Flash RAM" technology is an improved way to acquire, transport and analyze Holter data and the Quinton 20/20D Recorder has it. Instead of recording the patient's ECGs on a cassette tape, the ECGs are stored on a digital flash card that is about the size of a credit card. The 20/20D records three channels of ECGs for up to 24 hours. Flash cards can be reused up to 100,000 times, reducing costly supplies inventory. The recorder has a channel dedicated to recording pacemaker activity, and a built-in event button and digital clock.

These recorders have no moving parts, reducing recorder size and increasing reliability. The 20/20D weighs only 8 ounces, including flash card and batteries.

20/20® HolterRecorder

This powerful 3-channel, 36-hour Holter recorder is light and comfortable. The 20/20D weighs only 13 ounces, including battery and tape cassette. This recorder gives you the option of 3-lead or Pacer configurations. For patients with pacemakers, it records two channels of ECG and dedicates its third channel to recording pacemaker activity. A quartz-controlled timing track ensures accurate tape speed and ECG reproduction. The recorder's event button and digital clock make patient cooperation easy, facilitating the reporting of significant episodes and their correlation with ECG changes.

Q4500 Stress Test System

Not everyone performs stress tests in the same way. If they did we would have designed a system that allows little room for change. Instead we built the Q4500, a system that's flexible enough to work the way you want it to work. With it you'll get comprehensive in-test and final report capabilities, with the freedom to customize these reports in ways seldom seen in stress systems at any price. You'll also find many other innovative features such as custom screen capabilities, a tilt-and-swivel monitor, data storage on diskette, two revolutionary ways to help filter signal artifact, report editing during patient recovery to reduce the total test time, and more. And, of course, the Q4500 will connect to Quinton SynergyTM,our cardiology information system, so that you can efficiently manage and store test data.

Q710 Stress Test ECG System

Now the power of a Quinton stress test system is combined with a hard-working resting ECG system. This makes our Q710 one of the most versatile and cost-efficient systems for hospitals and physicians' offices.

For stress testing, the Q710 lets you choose from 18 different protocols for treadmill, ergometer, or pharmacological testing. The system incorporates two patented filters that reduce baseline wander and artifact noise without corrupting the ECG signal's diagnostic quality. A large, cart-mounted monitor is ergonomically positioned for viewing comfort.

Q710 lets you manually or automatically store both resting ECG and stress test final reports. In addition, you can store up to 10 in-test 12-lead ECGs per stress test. The Q710 will connect to Quinton SynergyTM, our new cardiology information system, for even more efficient management and storage of all your test data.

 

Rehabilitation Telemetry

Quinton's telemetry systems were designed specifically for use in cardiac rehabilitation facilities. They help you efficiently monitor and manage ECG data while enabling you to spend more time at the patient's side.

 

Q-Tel® 5.0 Telemetry System

You can choose a system with four or eight channels of real-time ECG on an easy-to-use PC platform. You can also choose a basic or enhanced system. The basic system provides clear signals from tunable, digital transmitters which let you control selected system functions directly from the patient's side. Picture icons make system operation simple, and arrhythmia detection is standard- not a cost-added upgrade. In addition, the advanced system gives you cardiac rehabilitation reports that make it easy to track progress and document outcomes, full disclosure that lets you track every heartbeat for up to two hours, and advanced arrhythmia detection and storage for up to 12 different ventricular events.

 

Quinton OutcomesTM Software

Quinton Outcomes is a Windows-based program that enables clinicians to quickly and efficiently track clinical outcomes for their cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients. You can track ten different categories of outcomes for individual patients and patient groups. These categories are: cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose, body mass index, functional capacity, smoking, exercise habits, mortality, morbidity, and financial. You can define and store twenty outcomes and you can refine them at any time.

These reports can help you identify successful interventions and enable you to prove the medical effectiveness and financial soundness of cardiac rehabilitation programs. Additionally, rehabilitation data can be merged automatically into Microsoft Word documents to create fully-customizable cardiac rehabilitation reports.

 

Medical Treadmills

Quinton has the #1 selling medical treadmill line in the world. Their legendary durability is a prime reason. Another is the patented Hyperdrive TM System. All our MedTrack treadmills features this digitally-controlled AC drive system that is whisper quiet, starting the belt gently to assure safety. It delivers an exceptionally smoother walking/running experience with no annoying "lag" when your foot strikes the belt.

MedTrack® ST55 and ST65 Treadmills

Designed to operate specificaly with Quinton stress test monitors, these treadmills are identical except for the length of the walking surface: the ST55 has a 55-inch long surface and the ST65 a 65-inch length. This system also delivers consistently high torque over the entire treadmill speed and patient weight range to deliver the speed accuracy required for stress testing. The speed range is 0.8 to 9.6 mph, the weight maximum is 400 lbs and the grade is adjustable from 0 to 25%. In addition, the quiet operation makes these treadmills ideal for hospital and office environments.

MedTrack® ST Controller

This manual controller enables your ST55 or ST65 Treadmills to operate independently of your stress test system. When no stress tests are scheduled, you can use your treadmill for standalone applications such as patient rehabilitation programs.

Quinton kept ease-of-use in mind when designing the MedTrack ST Controller. All displays are easy-to-read and controls are simple to use. Speed and grade are electronically controlled. Exercise time, distance, pace, calories, and METS readings provide performance feedback. Maximum exercise time and speed can be pre-set proving especially useful for rehabilitation facilities. Two large STOP BELT buttons provide an extra measure of safety and the COOL DOWN button gradually reduces the treadmill speed and runs the belt at a slow speed until the user is ready to stop.

MedTrack® ST Programmable

This controller has all the features of the MedTrack ST Controller plus several more. The controller comes with five factory-programmed protocols including Bruce and Modified Bruce. You can design and store up to 15 custom protocols for future use. An interactive tri-color display keeps users motivated. A unique scaling feature helps them fine tune their workout and a convenient pause feature lets users interrupt their workout for up to five minutes without losing their place in the program.

MedTrack® CR60 & SR60 Treadmills

These standalone treadmills are designed specifically for rehabilitation and sports training facilities. They feature our exclusive TripleFlex® shock-absorbing deck which provides the ideal cushioning for walkers and runners of all weights. Both treadmills have easy-to-use control panels that display all pertinent information including METS and calorie counts. The speed range is 0.6 to 7.2 mph on the CR60 and 1 to 12 mph on the SR60. Both treadmills are "soft starting" with a belt that starts gently and then increases speed in smooth 0.1 increments for the comfort and safety of all your patients. You can pre-set time limits and top speed on both treadmills.

Invasive Cardiology/Image Management

The 1986 introduction of Q-CathTM, the first PC-based hemodynamic monitoring system, quickly gained Quinton the reputation as an innovator in the cardiac catheterization laboratory hemodynamic monitoring business. Since that time, ongoing system development and enhancements have helped us achieve a major position in this market. In addition to hemodynamic monitoring, the invasive cardiology product line now encompasses digital filmless angiography and image management, and quantitative coronary analysis.

It has evolved over the years to keep pace with changing technology and customer needs; and we have a proven track record of providing upgrade paths for older systems. In fact, our first Q-Cath production model, built in 1986, is running all our latest hemodynamic, angiographic image analysis, and network software - on the latest Pentium computer platform. Quinton's commitment to extending product life cycles is also one of the reasons why Hewlett-Packard chose Quinton as their only recommended supplier for cath lab monitoring equipment.

Q-CathTM Hemodynamic Monitoring System

This all-digital hemodynamic monitoring and analysis system is widely known for its ease-of-use, accurate results, sophisticated networking and low operating costs. Its Pentium PC-based operating system offers familiarity and reduced training time. Modular design gives you multiple options for monitors, tables, and cabinets - making it easy to customize the system to meet your lab's needs and to create a comfortable work environment. This feature and the system's open architecture provide a platform for growth. You can add capabilities as technology and your needs change. Recent additions to Q-Cath include the Q-CATH DB relational database and PedCath3 pediatric reporting package options.

Q-Cath-DSTM System

In today's cath lab, more emphasis is being placed on having the complete solution for hemodynamic monitoring and digital image analysis. Quinton's integrated Q-Cath-DS System provides this solution. By combining hemodynamic recording, data acquisition and analysis with angiographic image acquisition and analysis, the Q-Cath-DS offers significant advantages to the user. These include:

Q-CathTM Network

The Q-Cath Network simplifies patient file management and speeds reporting. Patient data from multiple labs are compiled and stored in one central location. They can be reviewed and analyzed in the privacy of an office on a network workstation, without tying up the busy cath lab or slowing case throughput. The Q-Cath Network integrates fully with our AngioCOMM® digital imaging systems and it is highly likely that it is compatible with most networks in your facility.

Quantitative Coronary Analysis System

Available as a stand alone system or as an integrated component of the Q-CathTM or AngioCOMM® systems, the QCA Image Analysis System offers the only clinically-validated arteriography and ventriculography packages available today. QCA provides on-line analysis of stenotic lesions including vessel diameter, percent stenosis, as well as ventricular wall motion and ejection fraction. Data can easily be integrated with Q-Cath hemodynamic data for comprehensive case and referral reports.

Filmless Angiography

Recent advances in digital and image management technologies are now providing cath labs with cost savings that were unheard of just a few years ago. Digital filmless angiography is one of these technologies. In addition to the savings on cine film, significant time and cost savings arise from improvements in patient data organization and lab efficiency.

AngioCOMM® Systems

The AngioCOMM family of imaging products is designed to replace cine film acquisition, display and storage of angiographic image sequences in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. AngioCOMM provides a sophisticated networked management system for digital capture, review, analysis, transfer and archive of coronary angiography image sequences and related hemodynamic data. Utilizing state-of-the-art, high speed imaging networks, the full angiographic sequence of images is immediately made available, on-line, to clinicians for review and analysis in the cath lab and to any other desired location within the hospital. On-line, post-case review is also available outside the hospital via high-speed telecommunication links.

The AngioCOMM product family utilizes open architecture and modular design to provide you with operational and implementation flexibility. It also ensures the ability to easily upgrade your system as new imaging communication standards, advanced hardware, and software are introduced into the cath lab.

Quinton is working with many leading organizations, including the Andover Working Group, to set industry communications standards and to promote the advancement of plug-and-play systems. Our cardiology information system is composed entirely of off-the-shelf, PC-based hardware and conforms to all applicable industry hardware and software standards. For example, the Resting ECG Module is compatible with SCP-ECG and HP DT communication protocols. Quinton Synergy operating software is written in Microsoft Visual C++ and utilizes Windows NT, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft SQL Database Server. Because the system's software is independent of hardware, we are able to incorporate the latest technology at the time of product introduction and can easily migrate to new technologies as they become available.
